Similar to other AI-driven technologies, AI Text Classifier will continue to learn, the more you use the program. While it’s not completely polished just yet — especially since it was trained only with English content written by working professionals — frequent use can help it adapt and better identify text written by humans.

AI Text Classifier adopts a simple and easy-to-use format that allows users to quickly and easily run texts through the program. Just paste any selection with a minimum of 1,000 words and click on the submit button to begin the process. It only takes a few seconds for the app to determine whether your provided text is more likely written by a human being or a computer.

The results are presented as one of the following: very unlikely, unlikely, unclear if it is, possibly, or likely AI-generated. Although these results don’t provide comprehensive details as to which parts of the text are generated by software, it’s simple enough to understand, especially since it cannot determine the likeliness of who or what wrote the passage with 100 percent accuracy.

Users can also encounter false positives where the classifier will determine text written by a human being as something produced by an AI. However, instances like these can be deemed forgivable given that the program is built to learn from its mistakes. As said before, with constant use, the app will slowly train itself to better differentiate the two types of text.

Needs polishing, but still a great app

With its sleek and user-friendly interface alongside the simple checking process, AI Text Classifier offers educators, professionals, and any other users a convenient way to check whether a piece of text was written by a program or not. While it’s still not quite perfect, it presents a promising start that can continue to grow, especially with its own intuitive AI.
